Wonderful Letter from a Customer

On Sunday, September 1st we received the following letter from a customer:

"Dear Sir / Madam:

Upon the recommendation of one of your customers, Mr. Nelson Rash, Sun City West, I called your company a few (hot) days ago about getting a new roof AC / Heating unit (pronto)....as mine had "puked." After a while your man, Chris, called me back to report that he was on his way home but could swing by and do the preliminaries to install a new unit. He then added that you people could install it the next day. At this, my thoughts were, "Yeah....right....this very well may be a wheeler-dealer outfit. 'Sounds to good to be true, etc......" Anyway, out he came, took some measurements, gave me a temporary invoice, and left....after stating he and the installing crew would be back at near twelve noon the next day. Again, "Yeah....right...." Much to my delight and surprise, at a bit after noon the next day, sure enough, here they were, all ready to roll. WOW! After a couple of hours, or so, Chris came in and installed the new thermostat, turned it on, and waited. Soon, wonderful cool / dry air emitted from the outlets....and, man, it was wonderful, especially after having literally sweat the whole long, hot, night away in my bed.

I was also surprised and very pleased when Chris showed up that first evening in work clothes. I had expected a suited salesman. Then he explained that, more or less, most everyone in your company wears many hats, so to speak. I love it. This meant to me that because of this that your personnel would know the complete operation and wouldn't be hobbled by not knowing the whole picture. Chris then clearly explained everything to me, processed the payment, gave me a receipt, and then departed. I  must say that I was never so pleased after paying $3,638.12 in my whole life! (chuckle here).

Conclusion: If Chris and the lady in your office who spoke with me on the phone are true examples of what and how your company is, then, my friend, you are to be truly congratulated for heading such a wonderful outfit. I didn't get to meet the men who worked with Chris, but I'm sure they must be of the same cut also. Please keep up the excellent work, because we, the consumers, sorely need honest and caring outfits like yours.

Thank you, and your staff, so very much,

William (Bill) Tennant     (See P. s. below)

P. s. If you desire even more business, I suggest that your firm send, maybe, a gift certificate of +/- $50 for dinner for two to people like Nelson Rash who highly recommended Sun City Mechanical to me. When we were in business, we found, by far, that the best advertising is word of mouth....as you probably already know."

It is customers like Mr. Rash and Mr. Tennant that keep us in business.  This is why we are an honest, no hassle company that does whatever it can for our customers.  All of our employees are a step above the rest and exemplify the kind of service we expect. Thank you Chris, Tracy and Jeff for going above and beyond!!
